We are establishing a new team and looking for a skilled and driven Business Development Manager to join our company's rapid growth journey!

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by identifying and capturing new business opportunities.

  • Acquisition of new Clients for our business in the area of IT/Engineering
  • Development and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients and consultants
  • Reporting  your activities and progress
  • Preparation and presentation of sales offers
  • Implementing strategies for the development of cooperation 

  • A minimum 3 year of professional experience in B2B sales
  • Good knowledge of English at min. B2/C1
  • Good knowledge of the consultancy business and market in Poland
  • Very good organisation of work and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to acquire new clients
  • Min. Bachelor degree
  • Experience in sales of IT services (including outsourcing)
  • Fluent knowledge of the Polish language
